What Caused This approached our team with a brief to design an onboarding experience that introduces users to their Root Cause Analysis (RCA) system. The goal was to create a guided experience that allows potential clients to explore the platform through a free trial and understand how the system works before fully committing.

At the time, the company did not have a structured onboarding flow. Users were expected to navigate and understand the system independently. Our task was to design a clear, intuitive onboarding experience that explains the platform’s features and demonstrates its value through a guided tutorial.
