Research
We began by analysing the company’s website and software to fully understand their service, business model, and the structure of their RCA system. This helped us identify what users would need to understand first in order to use the platform effectively

Design
Based on our research, we designed a tutorial-based onboarding flow that introduces the RCA system in a simple and structured way.We began with low-fidelity wireframes to map out the user journey and define how the walkthrough would progress.

Outcome
The final outcome was a guided demo tutorial that walks users through the RCA system, explaining the purpose of each key feature and how to navigate the platform.The supporting email design encourages users to try the free trial, while the website redesign improves navigation and better communicates the company’s offering

Reflection
This project strengthened my understanding of how important onboarding is in shaping a user’s first impression of a product. Designing from scratch required us to think carefully about structure, clarity, and information hierarchy.
